TROPICAL TOMMY • what and how

The Smoothie

  • 1 Thai Young Cocount, white on the outside
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water from Young Thai Coconut
  • Coconut Meat from Thai Coconut
  • 2 Slices Fresh Pineapple, cubed
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • SUPERFOOD: 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil

The Coconut

  • Cool Pair Of Sunglasses for Eyes
  • 2 Flexible Straws for Ears
  • Tropical Lei
  • Sand

The Directions

1. Using heavy knife, cut opening in top of Thai Coconut

2. Pour and strain cocount water into bowl

3. Scoop coconut meat out of cocount with spoon

4. Add coconut water, coconut meat, pineapple and coconut oil to blender

5. Add in frozen banana

6. Blend until creamy smooth

7. Pour back into Thai Cocount

8. Decorate with glasses and straws

9. Create your little one their own tropical island with lei and sand!!!
